We contact all tenants before our tradesmen or engineer leaves site, to to ensure they are completely happy with our workmanship, the cleanliness of the job and the service provided.  Any issues raised are rectified immediately, massively increasing tenant satisfaction. Our  surveys are completely transparent and are provided to clients after each job.
